The inspiration for the creation of Yin Dance was received from an online workshop/transmission called "The Super Power of Yin" given by Unity Grace Bliss on 1/7/2023.

This practice supports wellbeing and reduces stress for all ages. It is a great way to stay active and in touch with yourself. You can do Yin Dance if you are pregnant or have little mobility, even if you have knee, back and joint issues. No dance experience is required.
